Job Description:
Senior Testing and Commissioning Engineer, required for a company in Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities:
– Testing and commissioning of numerical relays – AREVA, SIEMENS, ABB, GE , SEL etc.
– Testing and commissioning of Transformers.
– Testing and commissioning of Underground Power Cables.
– Testing and commissioning of LV,MV and HV switchgears.
– Testing and commissioning of Automatic Voltage Regulators.
– Testing and commissioning of MV and LV capacitor banks and reactors.
– Review and functional check of various schemes and provide technical solution regarding protection related matters.
– Configuration of latest relays, Relay setting calculation.
– Preparation of Test plan, schedules, test reports.
– Co-ordination with consultants, vendors. equipment manufacturer etc
Requirements:
– Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
– Minimum 4 year(s) of work experience in testing and commissioning field (Preference will be given to Engineers with gulf experience).
– Must be experienced with latest IED relays.
– Must be familiar with latest test equipments.
– Can work with minimum supervision.
– Must be hardworking, honest and responsible.
– Good communication skills.
– Candidate must be willing to travel and relocate to different sites inside Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
