We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Supervisor with a strong background in the sanitary ware products industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives, overseeing the sales process, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets and objectives. The Sales Supervisor will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective sales strategies to promote our range of sanitary ware products, while fostering strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to drive sales performance and meet or exceed sales targets.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the company’s customer base and maximize sales opportunities for sanitary ware products.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, dealers, distributors, and industry stakeholders to promote brand loyalty and enhance customer satisfaction.
Conduct regular market research and analysis to identify new market opportunities and potential customers, and provide insights to the management team for informed decision-making.
Coordinate with the marketing department to develop effective promotional campaigns, advertising strategies, and marketing initiatives to increase product visibility and brand awareness.
Prepare regular sales reports, performance analyses, and forecasts, and present findings to the management team to facilitate informed business decisions.
Collaborate with supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of products and efficient inventory management to meet customer demand.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the sanitary ware products industry, with a strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Proficiency in CRM software and other sales management tools.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and competitive sales environment.
Certification in sales management or a related field is advantageous.
