We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Supervisor with a strong background in the sanitary ware products industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives, overseeing the sales process, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets and objectives. The Sales Supervisor will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective sales strategies to promote our range of sanitary ware products, while fostering strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
• Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to drive sales performance and meet or exceed sales targets.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the company’s customer base and maximize sales opportunities for sanitary ware products.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, dealers, distributors, and industry stakeholders to promote brand loyalty and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular market research and analysis to identify new market opportunities and potential customers, and provide insights to the management team for informed decision-making.
• Coordinate with the marketing department to develop effective promotional campaigns, advertising strategies, and marketing initiatives to increase product visibility and brand awareness.
• Prepare regular sales reports, performance analyses, and forecasts, and present findings to the management team to facilitate informed business decisions.
• Collaborate with supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of products and efficient inventory management to meet customer demand.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the sanitary ware products industry, with a strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Proficiency in CRM software and other sales management tools.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and competitive sales environment.
• Certification in sales management or a related field is advantageous.
