Job Description:
includes but not limited to:
•Sourcing of company requirements, locally and internationally
•Negotiation of contract terms, price, delivery, quality and terms of payment
•Application of sound knowledge of commercial management best practices
•Coaching and guiding subordinates
•Develop, evaluate and implement procurement policies and procedures
•Vendor and supplier evaluations and record management
•Purchase statistics reporting
•Team Development: Manage and develop direct reporting staff.
•Set, manage and control departmental budgets within agreed parameters.
•Procurement objectives: Liaise with other managers so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs of purchasing development, and to ensure they are fully informed .
•Gauging inventory to determine appropriateness of procurement actions, auditing major vendor invoice discrepancies to effect corrective action.
•Identifying current pricing trends in food sector, accordingly providing inputs to ascertain profitable trading in spot and forward deals.
Requested Skills:
This person should have the following “essential ” qualifications :
•Communication, Negotiation and decision making skills
•Sound knowledge of financial and commercial environment including import regulations
•Strong Personality
•People leadership skills including – Conflict resolution; problem solving; Work team meeting facilitation, chairing of meetings, conducting of performance management discussions
•Well organized, accurate and ability to work under pressure
•Aptitude for financial figures and for working with financial software
•Computer literate
•Fluent in English / other languages will be an advantage
•Good knowledge of international transactions .
•Financial Management, Evaluating Quotations, Costing, Market & Competitor Analysis
•Can working under high pressure.
•Food Sector pre-experience is A must no compromization
Monthly Salary as follows :(the salary should be provided to candidates so only who accepts this package will be listed for the interview )
– Basic Salary : SAR 7000 ~ 8000
– -Accommodation : SAR 3 months of the Basic salary for married / 2months for singles.
– Transportation : SAR 10 % of the Basic salary
– Other benefits as per standard Saudi labor law .
