Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and review mechanical shop drawings and as-built drawings.
Design and supervise mechanical systems for irrigation, swimming pools, fountains, ponds, waterfalls, and water features.
Review mechanical calculations, pump selections, piping layouts, filtration systems, and equipment schedules.
Coordinate with civil, electrical, architectural and landscape teams.
Prepare material submittals, technical data sheets, method statements, and inspection requests.
Monitor site progress and ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and project specifications.
Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Attend technical meetings and resolve engineering issues during project execution.
Ensure compliance with Saudi codes, project specifications, and safety regulations.
Assist in project planning, procurement, testing & commissioning, and project handover.
Prepare technical submittals, material specifications, and BOQs
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
5–7 years of experience in MEP design, preferably in swimming pool or water feature projects
Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and relevant design software
Good understanding of pump selection, hydraulics, and filtration systems
Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines
Strong communication and coordination skills
