We are a growing Hotel & Tourism company in Makkah looking for a Female Sales & Reservations Agent to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
• Handle hotel reservations and booking confirmations
• Communicate with clients through phone, WhatsApp, and email
• Coordinate with hotels regarding room availability and rates
• Manage booking amendments and cancellations
• Support sales activities and customer service
Requirements:
• Female candidates only
• Experience in hotel reservations or tourism preferred
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
