– To handle customer queries efficiently and resolving all issues in first instance.
– To meet the customers, needs and provide customer satisfaction.
– Wherever required up sell the appropriate product to all customers at the most profitable rate that can be achieved.
– To meet the customers, needs in order to provide satisfaction.
– To meet business targets for both quantity and quality.

Desired Candidate Profile:

– 0-5 Years Experience Graduate/UG with good communication ss in English – written and verbal.
– Must have excellent listening ss and Interpersonal Ss.
– Willing to work in Night Shift, Passionate and committed to perform high quality work.
