Position Overview:
We need a strategic “Multi-Unit Store Manager”with 5+ years in premium beverage chain leadership to launch TeaJoy’s Saudi expansion. You’ll bridge Chinese tea heritage and Saudi preferences while driving operational excellence across multiple stores.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Cultural Ambassadorship
– Localize TeaJoy’s concept: Develop Saudi-friendly recipes (e.g., saffron milk tea, Date Palm Oolong) and store ambiance designs.
2. Operational Mastery
– Oversee end-to-end operations for 3-5 stores, from staff rotas to Sharia-compliant ingredient sourcing.
– Implement IoT-enabled inventory systems for real-time stock tracking.
3. Market Disruption
– Partner with influencers to position TeaJoy as a “must-try” novelty for Saudi.
– Design data-driven promotions (e.g., “Tea Pairing Fridays” with local desserts).
4. Performance Tracking
-Have a good Team work spirt , cooperate with the store manger to complete the daily performance.
Job Requirements:
– Proven Track Record:
– 5+ years managing multi-store operations for “premium beverage brands”, (tea/coffee/juice) in Saudi Arabia.
– Experience in culturally adaptive product launches.
– Cultural Bilingualism:
– Native Arabic & fluent English proficiency.
– Deep understanding of both Saudi social norms and Asian F&B trends.
– Tech-Savvy Leadership:
– Expertise in cloud-based POS systems (Loyverse, Square) and delivery platform analytics.
