Sales Coordinator

Job Purpose:

To provide efficient administrative and operational sales support, ensuring smooth coordination of sales activities, accurate order execution, and exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibility :

– Coordinate with the sales team, and internal departments manage during order processing, delivery schedules, and after-sales support.
– Provide customers with updates on order status, delivery timelines, and resolve basic inquiries.
– Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and other sales-related documentation in line with company standards.
– Maintain and update the customer database, monitor sales activities, and track ongoing opportunities on CRM
– Handle customer inquiries professionally and ensure timely resolution.
– Support marketing and promotional activities, including trade shows, product launches, and regional events.
– Prepare and submit regular reports, forecasts, and performance summaries.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
– 2–4 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or related functions within the turbomachinery or industrial equipment industry.
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM systems.
– Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
– Arabic proficiency is an advantage.

– Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
– High attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

– Familiarity with GCC market practices and business culture is preferred.
