China Railway Construction Corporation International (CRCCI) is currently seeking an experienced Mechanical BIM Modeler to join our ongoing project in Riyadh.
Open Position:
Mechanical BIM Modeler – Minimum 8–10 years of total experience
🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain accurate 3D mechanical BIM models using Revit.
• Prepare coordinated models for HVAC, Plumbing, and Firefighting systems.
• Coordinate with architectural, structural, and other MEP disciplines to identify and resolve clashes.
• Prepare mechanical shop drawings and construction documentation.
• Extract quantities and support material take-offs from BIM models.
• Update BIM models based on site conditions and construction changes.
• Ensure models and drawings comply with project standards and specifications.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 8–10 years of total experience, with strong BIM experience.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit; knowledge of Navisworks is an advantage.
• Strong Mechanical BIM background.
• Experience with contracting companies, particularly in shop drawings and construction coordination.
• Experience in residential and commercial building projects.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
Preference will be given to candidates with:
• Strong Mechanical BIM experience.
• Experience in residential and commercial building projects.
