• Welcoming and taking care of the guests, ensures excellent guest service is being personally involved in their well-being.
• Ensures the efficient flow of service and standards are constantly met on a daily basis.
• Manages employees ensuring that the correct standards and methods of service are maintained.
• Meets financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions.
• Be flexible and extend job duties to carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities within the job capacity as assigned to meet business demands and guest service needs.

• University Graduate/Level (Management/Hotel & Restaurant/ or Certification)
• 2 yrs. minimum experience in managing high end restaurants
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
• Transferable IQAMA/sponsorship – not under agency
