* Work closely with hiring managers on headcount planning and process
* Track recruiting data to report and identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in related discipline
* You have 2+ years of experience as a recruiter
* You have experience recruiting for a variety of positions
* You are a strong, engaging communicator with a knack for selling candidates
* You are flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
