We are looking for Business Developer Manager for KSA
Key responsibilities:
– Identifies market segments, decision makers and key partners (promoters, architects, engineering offices, sales network)
– Maintains and develops excellent relationships with consultants and engineering offices.
– Follows up and develops portfolio of consultants and engineering offices on assigned territory.
– Updates, follows up and develops projects exposure
– Updates, follows up and develops consultants exposure
– Gets company name listed by consultants
– Gets COMPANY solutions and product specified by consultants
– Conducts presentations and seminars.
– Ensures close cooperation & communication on projects to sales engineers and application engineers assigned on the area.
– Updates the market trend and approvals and communicated it to the management.
– Develops knowledge of the local market and evaluates its development potential through lobbying.
Requirements:
– GCC Experience
– Minimum 3 years experience in our field of business
– Engineering background or a strong aptitude to sell technical product related to construction, more precisely H.V.A.C.
– Computer Skills
– Presentation Skills
Abilities, knowledge and skills:
– Good knowledge of construction industry: the network and decision making process
– Able to demonstrate strong technical and analytical skills.
– Able to understand the long term aspect of the position.
– Able to find the right solution to satisfy customers
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills
