Job Description:
– Should be able to work as Remedy AR {Action Request} system developer.
– Capable of understanding the client specific process and come up with different forms.
– Should be able to do all types of customization to suit the requirements.
– Should be able to travel to US in April and stay at client’s place for three months to understand the existing process and systems.
– Willing to support the client’s application from offshore after the above mentioned three month period.
Job Specification:
– 4-6 years of experience in software development.
– 1-2 years of experience in Remedy AR system development.
– Experience in AR system 7.5 development.
– Should have very good communication ss.
– Experience in defining the process and/or customizing the business process.
– Must ss: Remedy AR System 7.5 Development.
– Preferred ss:SQL on any database, ITIL training or certification.
