Job Description:
Quantity Surveyors, required for a company in Saudi Arabia.
– B.Sc. in Quantity Surveying / MRICS with min. 10 years experience in all facets of quantity surveying.
– With knowledge in preparation of budget and cost estimates, payment valuations and Interim certificates, variations, evaluation of contractual and financial claims, evaluation of tenders and preparation of tender reports and recommendations, financial status reports including issuance of other relevant certificates such as the completion and maintenance certs.
– Solid knowledge of Gen. Conditions of Contract and conditions of particular application, FIDIC and familiar with other applicable international laws governing contracts.
– Proficient with MS Word, Excel and other software for office application with Middle East work experience.
