Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee and optimize all operational activities across the organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in steel fabrication, pressure vessels, storage tanks, skid fabrication, pipe spool fabrication. The Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, increasing productivity, controlling costs, maintaining quality standards, and achieving business objectives through effective leadership and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management
• Oversee end-to-end manufacturing and operational processes to ensure efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
• Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with business goals.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of projects and customer orders.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to improve performance.
Production & Manufacturing
• Manage fabrication operations involving:
o Steel Structures (AWS D1.1)
o Pressure Vessels (ASME)
o Storage Tanks (API Standards)
o Skids Fabrication
o Pipe Spool Fabrication
o Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB)
• Ensure efficient utilization of manpower, machinery, materials, and resources.
• Lead plant setup, expansion projects, and machinery installation activities.
Procurement & Supply Chain
• Oversee procurement planning, vendor development, and supplier performance management.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial agreements to achieve cost savings.
