Leadership Development Program Advisor – Power Plant Industry
The candidate should be a certified in Coaching or Learning & Development with 10 years of experience in international companies.
Below is a short list of needed skills:
1. Manage and Conduct coaching session and guidance to Jr.& Sr. management
2. Analyze and identify Leadership program candidates competency gaps and training needs with the right program.
3. Research and identify leadership development programs and providers from Jr. managers level up to Executive level.
4. Develop leadership development policy guidelines and procedures.
5. Advise Leadership team on best leadership development practices to develop new initiatives including leadership competency model development and Succession Planning qualification requirements.
6. Communicate and coordinate with OE on Leadership team implementation of identified and designated programs.
Bachelor or master degree with at least 10 years in people’s learning & development.
Better if certified in HR development
