Infrastructure Project/Construction Manager – Saudi Arabia

Peaks Construction & Maintenance is a well reputable top classified infrastructure contractor in the Kingdom os, Saudi Arabia. We are currently looking for an Infrastructure Project/Construction Manager, to direct our on-going 50km sewer pipeline project in Al-Baha, south of Jeddah. 
Key Roles:
Coordinate with PEAKS subcontractors to follow up with the project deadline
set up regular meetings with the consultant and client representative
Follow up with site work and solve technical problems
Monitor project progress
Report directly to the General Manager
Follow up with variation orders and contractual documents
Lead and manage a team of project engineers, site engineers, labours and subcontractors
What are we looking for:
Proven 10+ years of experience in managing infrastructure projects (preferably in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia)
PMP is favourable 
Able to relocate
Bachelor degree in Civil engineering or any related field
Strong written, spoken and communication skills in Arabic and English
Able to manage a project at a fast track rate
Preferable having a Saudi residency with a transferable IQAMA
