Job Details:

– Promote our Conference, Banquet facilities.
– He/She will be a part of the banquets sales proactive and reactive team.
– Pro active and reactive means they could be stationed at the banquets sales office and also do field jobs in order to achieve targets.
– Will be responsible for achieving targets given to them.
– Create awareness among the corporate about our activities.
– Take up Conference bookings.
– Booking the banquet for cocktail parties, sing quotes, deciding the menu with client’s consideration, confirming the booking, preparing the functional prospectus for the kitchen, service, and accounts giving all relevant and important information.
– Taking up screening bookings for the Pre-View theater for corporate.
– Arranging parties in the Pre-View Lounge and Foyer.
– Keeping a track of competitors’ promotions.
– Suggesting various ideas of promotion.
– Maintain g an everlasting relation with client to ensure repeat business always.
– Coordinating outdoor catering facility. Maintaing proper balance between client and service staff to ensure proper, effective & timely service.
– Menu planning in case of private dinner parties. Making suggestion to client in terms of type of sound, courses in menu selection, décor selection.
– Providing the maximum to the client at minimum cost to the establishment.
– Keeping regular check with chef on cost cutting factors.
– Discussing various promotional campaigns.
– These points will make sure that they achieve their individual targets and performance will be then judged on those bases.

Candidate Profile:

– Candidates should be upto the age of 35 yrs.
– Candidate should have relevant experience of minimum 2 yrs.
– Candidate should have good communication ss.
– Candidate should have the knowledge of Corporate Sales.
