We are looking for a female executive assistant for a private family office in Riyadh, preferred nationality is Filipino. Tasks include assisting in the execution of multiple startup companies, preparing reports, bookkeeping, searching for and contacting suppliers, maintaining contact lists, producing and distributing correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms, developing and maintaining a filing system, ordering office supplies, booking travel arrangements, submitting and reconcile expense reports.

Requirements:
– Bachelor degree in business administration, diploma, or equivalent experience
-Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
-Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
-Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Strong organizational and planning skills
-Proficiency in MS Office.
