Job Description:
A Construction company based in Al-Khobar, K.S.A, specialized in the field of Roads and Bridges construction looking for Store Incharge
residing in Saudi Arabia preferably in eastern province with minimum 5 years experience in the relevant field.
Duties and Responsibilities:
– Experience in the store of any construction company.
– Day to day recording of store material receipt and consumption.
– Receiving material, proper stocking, and recording of receipt.
– Issue of material as per the issue slip for different works issued by authorized person.
– Follow-up with material suppliers for timely supply.
– Maintaining the records of all purchase (cash, local, regional).
– Preparing the Material Requisition, Indent Requisition, and Purchase Order of local purchase.
– Preparing the Material/Item Receipt Note as per the purchase order through online inventory system and manually also.
– Preparing weekly, Monthly and Yearly reports of sites.
– Checking and passing of suppliers bills of sites.
– Interacting with user departments for analyzing the required material.
– Ensuring timely receipt / delivery of required materials.
– Ensuring proper documentation for in warding of materials spares parts, consumables and check for variances by conducting stock verification.
