We are looking for Mechanical Pipe Technician
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Performs assembly and tubing layout of SCS enclosure systems.
• Understands the function and fixed mode of pumps, valves, and cylinders.
• Conducts field installation and service work as needed; performs tubing, wiring, and pressure testing.
• Completes installation of nameplates, pumps, SCS, and various analyzers.
• Provides on-site customer service to perform maintenance and repair of equipment.
• Ensures work quality and efficiency; completes work on time and to a high standard in accordance with company’s production/process standards.
• Ensures safe operation and compliance with the company’s and workshop’s EHS standards.
• Adheres to company and workshop rules and implements 5S in the work area.
• Supports teamwork, participates in resolving team activities, and seeks opportunities for continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Relevant experience in pipe and tubing management, assembly, and integrated system assembly is preferred. Experience in online analysis system integration in the petrochemical industry is an advantage.
• Tubing Technician training is required, including the use of fittings.
• Ability to bend, cone, and thread tubing.
• Relevant vocational skill certificates preferred; secondary vocational school or college degree or above is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering design drawings (P&ID pipeline and instrument diagrams) is preferred.
• Hardworking, enduring, obedient to work arrangements, and strong team spirit.
Main Process (Process)
• Material Handling: Receive and prepare materials including valves, fittings, reducers, flow meters, pressure gauges, filters, etc.
• Layout and Piping: Arrange and fabricate piping according to drawings.
• Installation and Fixing: Install the system into the pre-treatment enclosure and perform necessary tasks such as fixing, drilling, and tightening sleeves.
• Cabin System Fabrication: Assemble and fabricate piping for the overall cabin system.
• Instrumentation Integration: Fabricate piping and instrument connections, completing system integration for the cabin system.
