We are hiring IT Support Specialist in one of the well-known hospital based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
The IT Specialist is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of an organization’s IT infrastructure. This includes managing and maintaining hardware, software, and network systems, and providing support to end-users. The role requires a combination of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities.
MUST HAVE Accreditation Certificate from the Saudi
Council of Engineers, provide the number along with CV.
1. Familiar with and able to operate various computer hardware and software, can independently complete installation, debugging and troubleshooting.
2. Must have knowledge of CCTV installation.
3. Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and network devices.
4. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, providing timely resolutions.
5. Maintain an IT helpdesk to log and track support requests.
6. Monitor and maintain the organization’s network infrastructure.
7. Troubleshoot network issues and optimize network performance.
8. Provide technical support to end-users, addressing hardware, software, and connectivity problems.
9. Ensure software applications are up to date and compatible with the organization’s needs.
Requirements:
1. A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or similar.
2. 3-5 years of experience as an IT support specialist.
3. Accreditation Certificate from the Saudi Council of Engineers.
