We at SaveFast Training Academy are looking for an HSE Trainer specializing in NEBOSH & IOSH.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high quality effective and interactive training on all occasions and represent the company in a professional manner at all times.
Conduct theoretical and practical classroom based training courses as assigned by the Admin Team (for those courses that the trainer holds current certification).
Conduct theoretical “live online” training courses as assigned by the Admin Team.
Ensure that all legal and regulatory requirements are met during the preparation and delivery of all in class and online training and that agreed timings are strictly adhered to.
Ensure that SaveFast customers receive an interactive, inclusive, enjoyable and non-discriminatory training experience.
Conduct all training courses required by the management in locations and at times required to meet customer needs (This may involve travel within the country and/or to other countries within regions covered by the company).
Assist in the creation of strategies and initiatives for the continual improvement of existing training delivery, assessment methods, course materials and supporting documentation
Required Experience and Qualifications
Minimum five years of experience in the HSE field, within that at least two years of experience in teaching NEBOSH & IOSH
Bachelors Degree or Post-Grad in any relevant stream
Mandatory Certifications: NEBOSH IDip, NEBOSH IGC, IOSH MS ( Additional certifications like Fire Safety, First Aid, Lifting Operator etc. are a plus)Must have a driving license and willing to travel across the region
Bilingual – Arabic and English preferred ( Hindi, Urdu, any additional languages is a plus)
