Company in Riyadh Urgent required HR Manager

Requirements:

– College Degree in Human Resources or equivalent degree from reputable school.
– Experience should have 3-5 years in HR and Administration (In Middle East is desirable)
– Strong communication skills with excellent analytical interpersonal, leadership and management skills.
– Preferable know how to drive or with Driver’s License.

Key Responsibilities:

– Responsible in developing and managing the Human Resource Department.
– Develop and implement HR System i.e., recruitment & selection, training & development and performance management.
– Prepare organization structure HR policies & procedures to achieve strategic objectives.
– Carry out different HR surveys and training analysis.
– Prepare monthly reports regarding joining probation confirmation and other HR related activities.
– Knowledge in establishing Quality Management System (QMS) ISO 9001:2000 and Occupational Health Safety & Environment Management.
