A leading company in the Petroleum Refinery Industry in Saudi Arabia needs qualified HR Consultant.
Qualification and Experience:
– Degree candidate with 10 years of experience in the HR function specially in the compensation and benefits area including salary studies, HR policies and manpower planning/succession planning.
– Candidates should also have experience in the Training Career Development area.
– Excellent command of English is a must with sound skills in the PC preferred SAP system.
– Master degree in HR or related subject is an advantage.
