Job Description:

– Will interact with International customer over phone or email.
– Work primarily includes, giving status updates, follow up and logging cases. Training will be provided.
– S Set: We would require the following s sets for a Global CMD Agent.
– Excellent Communication Ss {English}.
– Ability to interact with international customers and understand technical terms.
– Basic knowledge of computers.

Candidate Profile:

– Years of Experience Required: freshers or Experienced.
– Educational Qualification: 10+2.
