Job Description:
Architectural Draftsman, required for a company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
– Prepares 2D Lighting Concept Proposal in Photoshop, Powerpoint or Flash in coordination with LAD Engineers.
– Performs CAD Works as directed by LAD Supervisor.
– Performs Computer Graphic Works as directed by LAD Supervisor such as Catalog, Brochures, other Marketing Assets, Web-format graphics, etc.
– Performs Clerical Requests like Scanning, Printing, Plotting, etc.
– Performs 3D modeling as requested by LAD Supervisor (DIALux, Revit, 3DMax, etc.).
– Creates a Library of CAD symbols for SLC Luminaires.
– Creates a Library of useful 3D Models and Textures for DIALux.
– Maintains database of works to be used by LAD Engineers via server drives.
– Deals directly with responsible people to get as much information to best execute the work.
– Researches latest trends and innovations to improve work.
– Assists in preparation of Technical Submittal.
– Develop a brand image for LAD Department in parallel to SLC’s overall theme ranging from Title Blocks, Cover Page, CD covers, Powerpoint Templates, etc.
