ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinates all design development and approval processes to ensure they align with project requirements and standards.
Monitors and enforces adherence to the agreed-upon schedule for design development and shop drawings with subcontractors, ensuring timely progress.
Establishes and implements a comprehensive drawing management system to organize and track design-related documents. Carry out technical and feasibility studies and draw up blueprints that satisfy technical specifications.
• Reviews contract documents and provides technical expertise to the project manager on matters affecting construction, including technical methodologies and their impact on time and cost. Monitor design consultants and the Civil & Structural supervision consultants about approvals and liaise with local authorities and ministerial agencies as necessary
• Ensures appropriate usage and application of the Project Management System (PMS) with respect to entry and analysis of work- related data.
• Prepares and manages technical queries, addressing them with the client and consultants to ensure clarity and resolution.
• Assists in the preparation of method statements and procedures related to construction, both structural and architectural, offering technical insights and features for work aspects.
• Coordinates the approval of drawings and takes responsibility for distributing approved drawings for construction to relevant site personnel.
• Collaborates with site engineers to ensure that all work execution meets the required quality standards. Resolves technical issues across all trades promptly.
• Supports the project manager in overseeing subcontractor works, identifying and addressing any technical deviations as they arise.
• Assists in quantity take-off activities for tenders, contributing to accurate project cost estimations.
• Coordinates with QA to monitor compliance by the Civil & Structural consultants and contractors with management plans. QS & QC in addition to IPA & IPC and submit technical proposals and material submittals

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS
• 4-8 years of relative work experience.
• Specialized in site-building projects for TAWWAL, NOKIA and Mobily.
• Strong time and project management skills and the ability to work quickly and efficiently, multi task – prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Work under deadline pressure and a quick problem solver.
• Ensuring availability beyond business hours at times of need.
• An aptitude for exercising independent thinking and reasoning.
• Ability to communicate in written and oral formats with diplomacy and tact.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• English and Arabic speaking
