Job Description:
One of the biggest companies in the Eastern Region engaged in the Transportation and Lease Operation field requires a Safety and Training Officer.
Job Specifications:
– Investigate and evaluate safety problems.
– Analyze inspection information and evaluate results to choose the best solution and solve problems related to HSE and advise accordingly.
– Report and review findings from accident investigations or facilities inspections and HSE observation audits.
– Deliver quarterly presentations to management giving status of HSE at the company on all HSE related meeting.
– Maintain HSE compliance report.
– Plan and present safety training programs.
Skills:
– Minimum 5 years of experience in HSE roles in an organization, preferably Transportation operation sector.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Proficiency with email and Microsoft Office applications.
Education:
– Bachelors in safety or related field.
– Certified from OSHA or NEBOUSH.
