Engineers Role and Responsibilities
We are looking for a BMS testing and commissioning engineer for the running project based out of the Riyadh region. The working schedule is 8X6 (Saturday until Thursday).
The following activities are to be done at the site on daily basis are as follows
Verification of installation termination ( Done by Contractor)
DDC Panel
MCC Panel
Equipment Functionality Test
Permanent Power
FC Bus Cabling
BMS DDC panel termination
Field Device installation
Field device termination
FC Bus Network Termination
Pre-commissioning
DDC Programming
Field Devices loop & Functional Check
Testing and Final Commissioning
Sequence of Operation & Functionality Verification
IR Stand Alone
Database Creation
IR (Submission) For Graphics
Notes: Pls, note that
Total Project durations are around 5-6 Months.
No Iqama Transfer
A Package will be provided ( Salary+ Housing+ Transportation)
