Job Description:
A Construction Company based in KSA, specialized in residential and commercial projects is seeking highly qualified Project Managers having solid expertise and experience in large-scale projects.
The applicant should possess knowledge and experience in below
mentioned fields:
– Tendering and Contracts Management.
– Construction Management.
– Evaluation and Estimation.
– QA/QC Policies.
– Planning of DWBS, Cash Flow, Critical Path and ”S” Curve, etc.
– Procurement Management.
– Logistics Management.
– Resource Management.
– Commercials Management (Payments, Variations, Subcontracting, etc.).
– Safety Management and Safety Procedures.
– Technical Analysis and Technical Coordination.
Job Specification:
– Should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
– Should have minimum 10 years of experience in the construction field (Contracting Business Only).
– Should have minimum 5 years of Gulf experience as a Project Manager.
– Only Arab Nationals are eligible for this position.
