Job Description
Required Planning Engineer (B.E. Mechanical / Electrical Engineer), with experience in Construction Industry mainly MEP Scope
– Prepare MEP Schedule, cash flow, key performance indicator charts and manpower histograms for the project and tender programme.
– Prepares and submit updated and look ahead schedule, S-Curves showing actual progress and identify bottlenecks and establishes means and methods of recovery.
– Advice when delay events occur and produce an extension of time (EOT) schedule in coordination with commercial team in order to support the claims.
– Prepare weekly and monthly program, reports and presentations.
– Maintain and record updates of site work progress received from Project Manager.
– Report to the Planning Manager / Project Manager of respective site about the current work progress and study impact of alternative approaches to work.
– Participate in project meetings and discussion with the client as required.
– Performs other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
– Expert in Primavera 6 (R8.2 or latest version), MS Project, Excel and other MS Office packages.
