Job Description:
Sales Engineer, required for a company in Saudi Arabia.
– The Sales Engineer will serve existing customers and identify new prospects (including cold calling).
– He will ensure that Flamco products are included in consultants’ specifications at both project design and tender stages and receive due consideration for current and future projects, and will pursue approvals for Flamco products from relevant agencies (in cooperation with the local Flamco agent).
– This strategically critical position offers a great deal of freedom but also requires self-discipline, good reporting skills, and the ability to work independently.
– The candidate will plan, organize, promote and achieve budgeted
volumes of business for Flamco products in the territory.
Qualifications:
– Applicants for the position should be applying from within Saudi only.
– The successful candidate has at least three years sales experience in a similar environment within the Middle East and knowledge of MEP/ HVACR, preferably with a background in chilled and heated water systems.
Other qualifications:
– Technical Bachelor’s degree.
– Fluent English (preference for an Arabic speaker).
– Excellent communication and presentation skills.
– Drive, enthusiasm and professionalism.
– Saudi Arabian (or convertible) driving license.
– Established contacts within the HVACR/MEP market.
– Self-reliance, independence, and motivation.
– Commercial awareness and experience in the targeted marketplace.
