Job Description:
Project Manager, Required for a Construction Company Based
in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
– Having solid expertise and experience in Mega Projects.
– The Project Manager will be in charge of planning, executing and closing projects according to deadlines and overseeing quality, risks and issues to ensure proper project execution and benefits realization.
– This also includes acquiring resources and coordinating efforts among team members, clients, consultants and third-party contractors and/or where applicable.
– Comply with the standard project management processes, procedures and templates set by the division PMO.
– Participate with the division PMO in setting the standard management plans and templates for scope, time, budgets, human resources, risks and issues, quality, stakeholder communications and procurement.
– Ensure all project deliveries are made within the planned time frames, quality and budgets.
– Ensure all projects benefits are documented, measured and will
be realized within the planned time frame.
– Should have Degree in Civil Engineering.
– Should have at least 10 years of work experience of which at least 5 years are in a managerial position.
