Job Description:
Head IT Operations, required for a company in Saudi Arabia.
– Masters in Computer Science, with at least 10 years experience in running IT operations including the data centre and support services with a manufacturing and/or service environment.
Key responsibilities include:
– Provide IT functions to business users.
– Manage projects and changes.
– Manage IT infrastructure.
– Act as the focal person for business users support.
– Keep interface with vendors, suppliers. Create and maintain SLAs.
– Create and retain an affective IT operations team.
– Implement and sustain IT disaster recovery and business continuity process.
– Manage the budget and planning process for the department.
