1)Preparation of Complete Detail Engineering package for Electrical Discipline (One Line Diagram, IRP-MCC wiring, PDP panel breaker assignment, Power and Grounding Cable Laying, Earth Pit drawings, MTO) and Instrumentation Discipline (Cable Block Diagram, JB Assignment, Field wiring, MTO, Tray loading calculations, Cable routing, ILD) job for Leading Petrochemical plants such as Saudi Aramco, SABIC, Maaden, SASREF
2)Ability to understand Instrumentation and Electrical drawings (old hand sketched drawings from client)
3)Ability to prepare Material approval request, Technical Evaluations, Scope of Work
4)Capable of preparing cable sizing calculations, Material take off lists, Breaker Sizing Calculation
5)Preparation of Power panel wiring
6)Well versed with latest standards of leading petrochemical plants such as Saudi Aramco, SABIC, Maaden, SASREF
7)Knowledge of CAD (MicroStation/AutoCAD)
8)Ability to carry out site visit to identify best routing of cables, quantifying the Scaffolding or Excavations required
9)Ability to communicate with Customer effectively
10)Ability to supervise site team and provide guidance or way forward to carry out the activities
11)Ability to troubleshoot Instrumentation and Electrical related issues at site
12)Ability to understand Fire System (Fire Detection, Fire Suppression)
13)Ability to read P&ID and update the Instrumentation portion
