Neima Gulf Company is looking for a qualified and motivated Civil Engineer with 3 years of experience to join our growing construction team.
Job Requirements
Qualification: B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in civil engineering and construction projects
Salary: SAR 2,300–2,600, depending on experience
Iqama Validity: Minimum 3 months
Joining: Immediate joining required
Work Location: Project sites inside and outside Riyadh
Site Work: Must be willing to work at project sites as required
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate civil construction activities at project sites.
Monitor site progress and ensure work complies with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
Read and interpret civil and structural drawings, layouts, and technical specifications.
Assist in preparing quotations, BOQs (Bills of Quantities), cost estimates, and material requirements.
Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, suppliers, and other departments.
Monitor civil works, including concrete, masonry, plastering, and finishing activities, as applicable.
Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with quality standards and safety requirements.
Prepare daily progress reports, material requests, and other technical documentation.
Identify site issues and coordinate corrective actions with the relevant teams.
Support material procurement, quantity calculations, and manpower planning.
Ensure the proper utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment at project sites.
