Profile (IT Technician – POS Technician)
• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
• Knowledge on POS system configuration and troubleshooting hardware issues.
• Knowledge on Office 365 dynamics Business Central.
• Expertise on CCTV configuration and troubleshooting.
• Expertise on Biometric installation and troubleshooting.
• Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
• Setting up accounts for new users.
• Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
Must Have:
– BSc. in IT, Computer Science, or relevant field,
– Must have POS hardware and software experience.
– 4+ years of experience in technical support, infrastructure, and network
– Proven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator, or similar role.
-Driving license.
-Transferable Iqama.
