Job Description:
Construction Manager, required for a company in Jubail, Saudi Arabia.
– Shall have a Bachelor of Science in engineering from a recognized university and at least 10 to 15 years of experience in high quality finished buildings.
– He shall have a minimum of eight (8) year supervisory experience of which at least five (5) year shall have been as construction manager in the Building Construction.
– He shall have previous experience in the GCC.
– The candidate shall be fluent in written and spoken English.
– Negotiable as per his experience and qualification.
– Housing, Transportation, food, Medical Insurance, Yearly Vacation, Family Status and other benefits is provided by Company.
– If he has Saudi Attested Certificate we can issue him Civil Engineer Visa. In case he does not have Saudi Attested Certificate we will issue him Technician Visa and after arrival to Saudi Arabia we will change his position to Engineer.
– He must have very good knowledge of Building Construction.
– All other benefits as per Saudi Labor Law.
