Responsibilities:
Developing e-Commerce operations along with marketing strategies, business & support plans, budget requirements, etc.
Answering calls, taking messages, checking e-mails, and handling correspondence
Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments
Typing, preparing, and collating reports and filing documents
Organizing and servicing meetings
Preparing quotations and proposals to clients
Maintaining all e-commerce-related records Monitoring the inventory and stocks
Planning and supervising all the operational functions
Participating in the development of strategic plans & objectives
All administrative functions, including operations, management, process improvement, identifying various compliance issues, and strategic planning & development
Gathering information and generating data on standard performance measures
Maintaining contract files and reports
Documenting policies and procedures
Participating in special project work when required
Preparing technical and operational reports
Developing and recommending procedures to be used to manage and coordinate various activities
Proposing creative ideas, participating in brainstorming sessions, and offering operational recommendations and solutions
