Job Description:
A Construction company based in Al-Khobar, K.S.A, specialized in the field of Roads and Bridges construction looking for Concrete Plant Manager located in Saudi Arabia preferably in eastern province with minimum 5 years experience.
– Manages ready mix concrete plant.
– Coordinate transportation / receiving of product; oversee quality assurance; oversee production / batch schedules for timely / accurate delivery; consistently be aware of plant / equipment repairs, normal preventive maintenance, buildings and grounds are
maintained.
– Determines work procedures and assigns duties to personnel associated with the batching and hauling of concrete as well as maintenance of the plant and equipment.
– Coordinates with sales and dispatch departments for efficient delivery of concrete.
– Inspects personnel performance for quality and quantity.
– Monitors plant operating costs.
– Prepares daily reports.
– Supervises and counsels drivers, production/yardmen.
– Responsible for general appearance and security of grounds and buildings, equipment and machinery.
– Batches concrete and loads trucks.
– Responsible for ordering raw materials and operating supplies.
– Familiar with and enforces all group policy and procedures including safety/environmental.
– Conducts safety meetings and plant safety/environmental inspections as required.
– Ensures preventative Maintenance is performed in all plant equipment.
Minimum Requirement:
– At least 5 years of actual experience managing a concrete batch plant is required.
– Must have thorough knowledge of and be capable of operating all equipment and machinery used in ready mix concrete production and delivery.
– Must be able to read and understand operations manuals, equipment instructions, safety rules, etc. and write reports and communicate with management and subordinates to solve problems, provide instruction, etc.
