Position: Restaurant Operations Manager

Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in restaurant operations or a similar managerial position.
Strong knowledge and experience in Arabic cuisine and Arabic food items.
Excellent understanding of daily restaurant operations, staff management, food quality, and customer service.
Experience managing both kitchen and front-of-house operations.
Ability to manage staff schedules, inventory, suppliers, and operational costs.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
Experience in high-volume restaurants or well-known food establishments will be preferred.
Arabic language proficiency is preferred.
Candidates must be available for immediate joining or have a short notice period.
