Minimum Requirements:
• Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management
• 8-10 years minimum working experience required, particularly involved in the line of oil and drilling manpower services.
• Strong skills for screening as well as classifying resumes of candidates for drilling operations.
• Screening, reviewing and shortlisting eligible candidates
• Fluent English language skills (speaking & writing)
• Determine current staffing needs and produce forecasts
• Capable of all recruitment operation duties & manager responsibilities
• Maintains human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
