Urgently Hiring: CAFE MANAGER
• Achieves operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans, prepares and completes action plans.
• Implements customer service standards, resolves internal and external problems, completes audit, identifies trends, determines system improvements & implements change.
• Plans, adjusts and innovates menus by consulting with Head Chef, estimates food costs and profits
Requirements:
• Male, any nationality
• Bachelor’s Degree or related diploma in Food and Beverage
• Minimum of 3 years in Caf? operations (local/franchised)
• Proficiency in bar operations (coffee standards, inventory, FOODICS/POS, w/ ready Baladiya Permit)
• Works under pressure and with diversity
