Job Description:
A leading Multinational Company working in petrochemical logistic support field in Jubail looking for suitably qualified candidates for the position of Ware House Supervisor.
Main Tasks:
– Responsibility for operations provided to the customer and ensures that operations are done in safe, economic and ecologic way.
Necessary qualification and experience:
– Safety training.
– Ability to comply with HSSEQ regulations.
– Proven experience in logistic supervision / management.
– Proven experience as a motivator and problem solver.
– Advanced safety training.
– Computer literate, especially WMS, SAP and MS-Office.
– Leadership skills.
Important personal skills:
– Must be able to communicate, read and write in English.
– Ability to cope with pressure.
– Ability to organize / prioritize.
– Technical understanding.
– Communication and relationship skills.
– Warehousing and Logistic experience.
– Arabic, German is an advantage.
– Ability to plan ahead for future progress.
– Trouble shooting and decision making skills.
– Has attention to details-Ability to motivate, measure and train a warehouse team.
