Job Description:
GECAT is hiring qualified and dedicated Safety Officers to ensure workplace safety across our projects in Dammam. Successful candidates will play a key role in maintaining high safety standards, preventing incidents, and promoting a safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor daily site activities to ensure compliance with safety protocols.
Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and routine safety inspections.
Identify hazards and implement corrective actions.
Investigate incidents and prepare safety reports.
Ensure proper use of PPE and enforce safety rules among workers.
Requirements:
NEBOSH IGC or equivalent safety certification is mandatory.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (preferably in construction or industrial projects).
Strong understanding of Saudi safety regulations and procedures.
Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
