– 2 to 3 Years of practical experience in Recruitment in KSA is a must.
– Communication and Negotiation Skills.
– Fantastic communication skills both written and verbal.
– The ability to work with limited supervision.
– Good administration and PC skills.
– Results Driven (results based on specific efficiency and productivity KPIs within predefined time frames).
– Transferable iqama is a must.
