Job Details:
– Sourcing right profiles from job portals.
– Discussing job profile with the candidates and scheduling interivews with the Line managers.
– Co-ordinating between candidates and line manager.
– Ensuring that the vacant positions are closed within the TAT.
– Advise on documents required for offer release.
– Building a database for references ; work on references.
