Head Chef/Chef De Partie – for Quick Service
• Monitors product freshness and rotate out old product based on a schedule created by the management team
• Takes care of daily food preparation and duties assigned by the superiors to meet the standard and the quality set by the Restaurant.
• Knowledge of all standard procedures and policies pertaining to food preparation, receiving, storage, sanitation, proper handling of all food products at the right temperature.
• Checks periodically expiry dates and proper storage of food items in the section.
• Ensures high standards of food hygiene and consistently follows health safety and regulations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
• Available to work all shifts/holidays
• Male, with valid IQAMA and transferable sponsorship
• Bachelor’s Degree in Culinary or related industry
