A Contracting firm based in Dammam, KSA is seeking a KSA-experienced Business Development & Tendering Manager. The ideal candidate must have at least 12-20 years of experience within the KSA market.
Required candidates should have a clear track record in securing and pricing Commercial & Industrial projects in the 50M SR range. Must possess an extensive client base and network within the Eastern Province (Aramco, RC, and private developers). The role requires the ability to build & manage tendering department that utilizes standardized estimation software and rigorous risk-assessment procedures.
